The building is nice and the rooms are well-appointed and well-maintained with a king bed, a wonderful view plus a refrigerator. It offers good service. The staff are incredibly kind and super-friendly and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

Well-maintained recreational facilities are a plus.
Paying $315 a night for a hotel that hasn't been updated in at least 20 years was infuriating. Our room was cramped, with stained furniture and a bathtub that looked like it had seen better days. To top it off, there was a water-damaged ceiling and an inadequate fridge with no microwave.

Make your own waffles with the free breakfast along with omelets....definitely not your ordinary, continental breakfast fare.

The initial check-in was a bit frustrating due to the
Noisy neighbors, and returning to find our room unlocked created additional stress. Once settled, we appreciated the size of the room, but had issues with cleanliness. It needs serious management attention.

A good selection of food and nice atmosphere
Nothing to say it was a very nice place to stay

missingWrote a review on 01 Novold carpetpoor service
The hotel's charm must have been lost on them, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bad deodorizer, and the old red carpet definitely left a lot to be desired. I almost gave a good review, but waiting for a room upgrade was too much. Absolute chaos at breakfast, while the staff acted like they were doing me a favor.

The place was super clean and had cool Western decor. We hiked around Yellowstone National Park and also checked out some awesome views at nearby attractions. The breakfast was fantastic too! Everyone was super friendly and the location was perfect for grabbing some good food afterward.

We supposedly will be credited $25 on the price for not getting a king bed in our room . That was booked through booking .com
We were supposed to get a king bed and it was unavailable... Wound up with 2 queen beds in our room
